Directory Initial Delivery
(Primary Distribution) Survey

This survey is to be completed by employees of yellow page publishers that outsource all or at least a major portion of their initial delivery functions to outside delivery firms. (Future surveys will target other groups in the industry.)
   
All questions in this survey are in regards to INITIAL (PRIMARY) DISTRIBUTION. None of the questions concern secondary (interim) distribution. Secondary distribution may be covered in a future survey.
